Brick & Patio Cleaner is a premium, acid based solution for
removing mortar stains from brickwork and cleaning patios.
Brick & Patio Cleaner is a fast and effective cleaner for the
removal of oil, grease, moss and lichen from concrete paths,
tarmac drives, patio and block paved areas. Its fast‐acting
formulation gives immediate and effective results.

Important – Due to ageing and natural weathering, surfaces may not return to a newly laid
appearance. Stains caused by oil and grease may not be completely removed. Although the algae
and mould will be killed immediately it may not be completely removed, any residue can be brushed
off 7 days after application.
Approximately 3 – 4m² per litre depending upon the porosity of the surface to be cleaned.
Ensure container is resealed after opening and stored upright in cool, dry conditions. Protect from
frost. Keep out of the reach of children.

Caution – Surfaces may become slippery during cleaning and suitable footwear should be worn.
Protect adjacent surfaces, if contamination occurs wash affected areas thoroughly with water.
A test patch is recommended prior to use on new paving as discolouration may occur. Contains
dilute hydrochloric acid.
This product is not recommended for use on Indian Stone paving.
