Send it back FREEPOST from your local post office – please email our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returns Form and FreePost Label. Post office return is not available for items over 1m in length and 2kg in weight. For these items please call our customer service team for further advice.
Faulty Items under 30 Days
To receive a refund for faulty items under 30 days, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will refund the money to your card on 0429335437, or email email@example.com
Faulty Items over 30 Days
If it is outside 30 days you will need to contact us directly, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0429335437, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either offer a repair or where this is not possible will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.
